The most mysterious thing that has ever existed in this universe is Life. The whole mechanism of being born, living for some years, and dying is enigmatic. Few have found an answer to this, and we call them the enlightened one.
Have you ever wondered what Life is and why are we here in this world? What matters in Life – family, professional success, financial independence, fitness, what is the significance of the goal we pursue.
How many of us reflect on the Life we lead our lives?. We do analyse why are we here, why are we born, where do we go after death. Do we matter only till we are alive, where does the energy go? The energy that was once part of a being, what form does it take after the body is dead, and how does it communicate?
Usually, when a child is born we teach them to eat, walk, talk, learn a language, become smart, complete education, find success, earn money, find a partner the list goes on and on. Life’s goal is never to understand Life. People do not consider it practical. It is an area that evokes fear, anxiety, with lots of questions and little or no answer. We consider a human being as God’s most significant creation, an art, yet there is so much of science involved in the making of a human being.
Humans have given so many different names to the creator. How can higher energy take any form, assume any name, follow a particular set of rules? There is energy everywhere with different frequencies. There are cosmic rays, magnetic fields, proton, electron, and neutron. If the universe is only about energy, where does faith come in, the trust on the higher power and law of attraction, how does it work?
What ultimately matters in Life? Is it family, money, success, or fitness? What makes our Life meaningful if this is all but an illusion? Which part is real, which part unreal. What are the different states in which we live – physical, mental, subconscious, and sleep. What state of being do we achieve when we meditate? We do not feel being part of the body, we do not feel being present in this world? Is that real? What we see in our dreams, is it real or the reality is when we wake up after our dream?
There are so many questions that remain unanswered; unfortunately, nobody bothers to find an answer.
The answer does not lie in visiting a temple, the solution does not lie in serving people, the answer does not lie in following a religion. The answer lies within us.
