Not just health, Cucumber can add to the beauty as well. Use it as face pack combined with yoghurt, and honey. Applying cucumber slices to the areas around the eye can help in reducing puffiness, and dark circles.
They have a refreshing taste and high water content. It helps in fighting cancer, cardiovascular diseases, supports bone health, prevents diabetes, is anti-inflammatory and prevents sunburn.
